Belgian Waffles (My recipe)

Hi, Today I am showing you how to make my recipe for Belgian Waffles and even if you don't have a waffle maker you can still do it! Just put some mixture in a pan! Well I know you won't have the holes but that's ok, because it will still taste great. Let's get to the recipe.


Belgian Waffles (My recipe)


Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups cream flour,

1 tsp baking powder,

2 ripe bananas,

1 tsp cinnamon,

2 large eggs (separated),

1/2 cup vegetable or sunflower oil,

1 3/4 cups of milk,

1 teaspoon vanilla extract.


Method:

  1. Add the flour, baking powder, bananas, cinnamon, oil, milk and vanilla extract into a bowl.

  2. Separate the yolks of the eggs from the whites.

  3. Put the yolks in the bowl with the other ingredients and beat until combined.

  4. Whip the egg whites until light and fluffy.

  5. Fold the egg whites into the other mixture.

  6. Add frozen blueberries or raspberries to taste. (optional)

  7. Heat up the waffle maker or pan put 1 ladle of mixture into the pan or waffle maker.

  8. Cook the mixture for about 3 mins or until fully cooked.

  9. Serve with Nutella, maple syrup or any of your favorite toppings.
