Caramel cupcakes
Hi everybody,
Welcome back to my blog and in today's blog post I will be sharing my recipe for caramel cupcakes. Sorry I haven't uploaded in a while. Anyway this blog might make up for it because I have been working on a video and it's ready to be uploaded now. See down below for video.
Recipes:
For the buns:
120g of unsalted butter,
120g of soft brown light sugar,
Then cream them together,
Add 2 eggs and 200g of flour and milk if needed. Place in the oven and cook at 180 to 200°C for 20 to 25 mins.
For the icing:
150g of unsalted butter,
100g of icing sugar.
For the caramel sauce:
75g of unsalted butter,
75g of soft brown light sugar,
75g of caster sugar,
40ml of milk.
Put in a saucepan and wait for butter and sugar to melt then take off and cool.
