Easy Lemon Mousse

Hi guys,

Today I will be telling you how to make my Lemon mousse recipe.

Its only 2 ingredients and its light and delicious. Lets get into the recipe.


Lemon Mousse.


Ingredients:

1 packet of lemon jelly, (you can use a different flavour for a different flavour mousse)

570mls water,

250g of fresh cream.


Method:

  1. Melt the jelly according to the package (Better to melt in measuring jug).

  2. Once melted put 570ml of cold water into the measuring jug (It should be at the 1 pint mark) and set to the side.

  3. Whip the cream.

  4. Pour the Jelly into a large bowl.

  5. Add the cream to the bowl and stir until well combined.

  6. Place in the fridge overnight and your done!
