How to make a cornsyrup

Hey everybody, welcome back to my blog in today's blog post I'll be showing you how to make cornsyrup. This recipe is one of the steps of making my sprinkles recipe. So let's get into this recipe.


Ingredients:

1/2 tsp of cream of tartar,

2 cups caster sugar,

3/4 cup of water.


Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients into a saucepan over heat.

  2. Wait for the sugar to desolive.

  3. Leave it over the heat until it becomes bubbly and thick while still being clear. It won't be that thick though. If it turns brown it is burnt. So be careful not to burn it.
