How to make carrot muffins

Hey Guys,

Welcome back and today I'm making carrot muffins.

These have a great flavour and really nice.

So lets get to it...


How to make Carrot Muffins


Ingredients:

1 large (grated) carrot,

120g of unsalted butter,

120g of Soft brown light sugar (slightly better for you) or caster sugar,

200g of Self raising flour,

2 eggs,

1 tsp cinnamon,

1 tsp vanilla extract.


1. Preheat the oven to 220 deg C. Then cream the butter and sugar together until you have a very light white colour.

2. Add the carrot

3. Add the flour.

4. Add the eggs.

5. Add the cinnamon,

6.And vanilla extract.

7. Cook for 20-30 mins in the preheated oven.

8. Let cool.

9. Once cooled cut each muffin in half and fill with whipped cream or cream cheese then place them back together. And Serve.

10. Enjoy.
