How to make Classic Rocky Road (white chocolate recipe included!)

So today I will be showing you how to make rocky road. I will also be showing you my recipe for white chocolate rocky road which you may not have heard of before but it is very nice. So lets get to this recipe.

Rocky Road

Ingredients:

For the dark chocolate one:

250g of dark chocolate,

A couple of your favorite biscuits,

40g of mini marshmallows,

30g of golden syrup or honey,

120g of unsalted butter.

For the white chocolate one:

250g of white chocolate,

A couple of your favorite biscuits, (broken into pieces)

50g of dark (or milk) chocolate chunks,

120g of unsalted butter,

40g of mini marshmallows,

30g of golden syrup or honey,

Method:

1. Together melt the chocolate, butter and golden syrup.

2. Let cool for 2 - 3 mins.

3. Then add the other ingredients to the chocolate.

4. Line a square baking tin and pour the mixture in.

5. place in the freezer for a couple of hours.
