How to make custard powder

Hi again, So a while ago I was making jam drops when I realized I had run out of custard powder. So I experimented with some recipes and I will be sharing with you the creamiest custard powder ever, ok, so let's get into it, P.S I will also be telling you how to make it into custard. Homemade custard powder, 1/2 cup milk powder, 1/2 cup corn flour, Yellow food colouring (optional). I didn't use. Method: Add the milk powder and the corn flour in a jar or container. Add the food colouring if you wish. Mix together until all lumps are gone. How to activate: All you need is, A Saucepan, A Measuring jug, 1 pint (568ml) of milk, 2tbsp (35g) of sugar, Whisk/Fork Large Bowl (at least 2L), On the hob, 1. Mix 2tbsp (35g) of custard powder with 2tbsp of sugar in a saucepan. 2. Measure 1 pint (568ml) of cold milk add a little (approx. 2 tbsp) to the pan and stir to form a smooth paste. 3. Stir in the remainder of the milk. 4. Heat, stirring continuously until gently boiling.

You can store any you don't use in a container or jar for future use. Goodbye, Enjoy.
