How to make Pasta Bake
Hello,
Sorry I haven't uploaded in over a week. I got caught up with school. But here is a new recipe and I LOVE this recipe! Its like super creamy and yum. Its so so nice its like my favorite lunch! Lets get to the recipe. Also this recipe is a little tricky so you should probably get someone to help you.
Serves 4.
What you need:
250g pasta shapes,
1/4 tsp salt,
55g butter,
40g plain flour,
450g milk,
125g cheddar cheese,
125g cooked ham, roughly chopped,
4 cherry tomatoes (optional),
salt and freshly ground black pepper,
25g parmesan cheese.
Method:
Preheat the oven to 200℃/gas mark 6/392℉. Heat some water in a large saucepan. Add salt and bring to a boil.
Add pasta carefully, making sure not to splash. Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions.
Gently melt the butter in a saucepan over a low heat. add flour and mix well. Cook mixture for 1 min and then remove from the heat.
Stir in the milk, a little at a time, to make a smooth sauce. Put pan back on heat. Stir while it thickens so it doesn't go lumpy.
When the sauce boils, turn down heat and cook, stirring, for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat. Mix the cheddar, ham and tomatoes. Season.
Drain the pasta. Mix with the sauce. Place in ovenproof dish and sprinkle with parmesan. Bake in oven, on a baking tray, for 20-25 minutes.
Enjoy!

Bye.
