How to make Rhubarb tart

Everybody welcome back to my blog. In this blog post, I will be showing you how to make rhubarb tart. This is my and Caroline's recipe and we baked it together via a Zoom call, She did a couple of guest blogs before. So let's get into this.



225g of plain flour,

150g of unsalted butter,

2 eggs,

2 tbsp of icing sugar.

Everything else is in the video. PS As Rhubarb is sour, you must add sugar to the cut Rhubarb - how much you add depends on how sweet you want it.
