Microwave brownie recipe ~ Guest Blog

Hello everyone, I am David (Margaret’s cousin) and today I will be telling you about a quick recipe that I enjoy making. Ingredients: 1 level tablespoon of sugar 1 level tablespoon of self-raising flour 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder 1 tablespoon of milk 1 tablespoon of olive oil (optional) one drop of vanilla essence 1. Add in the tablespoon of self-raising flour and leveled tablespoon of sugar. 2. Add in a leveled teaspoon of cocoa powder 3. Mix the dry ingredients together until you have a sort of hazel colour throughout the mixture tip: if the colour of the mixture is too light add in more cocoa powder /if too heavy of a colour add in more flour or milk 4. After dry ingredient are mixed add in tablespoon of milk, then add in tablespoon of olive oil. 5. Put the container with your mixture in microwave, set microwave to 100 % for 50 seconds. (caution !!!) The container will be very hot so use a tea towel to lift it up and take it out of the microwave and leave it to cool.
